Senegal’s Dr. Abibatou Banda Fall runs a non-profit organiza tion which empowers women and young people with the skills to make a living from design and use of organic bread bags, thermal baskets, food processing, crafts, and more. With her organization ARADES (Association for Research, Action, Development and Environment in the Sahel), Abibatou hopes to contribute to the green and collaborative economy.
